Mumbai, November 2nd, 2009: Avinash Nair joins South Asia’s leading digital and mobile entertainment company Hungama Digital Media as General Manager – South (India). Prior to this, Avinash was Head Sales- Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Kerala at Out-Of-Home Media (I) Pvt Ltd. Avinash will be responsible for developing and managing the sales function of Hungama’s digital agency business. He will be reporting to Niloufer Dundh, Head of Integrated Media at Hungama.
Avinash has 12 years of industry experience, of which, last 7 years have focused on the marketing and sales function at various organizations. He comes with a deep understanding of the business in the southern region which is an important geography from Hungama’s spread of operations. His strengths lie in developing digital concepts for clients along with management and analytical skills for strategic business development. Apart from Out-of-Home, Avinash has also worked with reputed brands such as Radio Mirchi, Hutchison Telecom and Jet Airways.
