India’s first e-tail school supplies store AllSchoolStuff.com has been awarded the Best Digital Start Up of the Year at the third edition of the Indian Digital Media Awards, 2012 organised by exchange4media Group. The objective of the Indian Digital Media Awards 2012 is to recognise, celebrate and encourage the work being done in the ever-growing advertising and marketing communications activity in the digital media space, specifically internet, mobile, gaming, social media and the blogosphere.
The exchange4media India Digital Media Awards (IDMA) 2012 honoured 97 top creations and innovations of the Indian digital industry at a glittering ceremony in Mumbai yesterday. The awards were presented by Vserv.mobi and co-sponsored by Microsoft Advertising and Communicate2. An eminent panel of 22 jurors was jointly led by Shashi Sinha, CEO of Lodestar UM and Mahendra Swarup, Chief Mentor, Smile Interactive Group and included leading advertising, online, media planning, marketing and retail gurus.
AllSchoolStuff.com is a new retail concept in the area of educational & school supplies for the benefit of parents and schools, in a category hitherto dominated by the unorganized sector and aims to make a difference to the Indian consumer retail space.
